Track Your Order

We know you are excited to receive your order. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your Navi Global shipment.

Step 1: Wait for Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. This email is sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within the expected production timeframe.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Once you have your tracking number, you can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Common carriers we use include USPS, FedEx, and international shipping partners depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Remember: total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

• Production: 2-7 business days
• US Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
• International Shipping: 7-20 business days after production

Most US customers receive their orders within 5-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Not Updating?

It can take 24-48 hours after your dispatch email for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website. This is normal and does not mean there is a problem with your shipment.

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

1. Check around your delivery address, including with neighbors or your building's mailroom
2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
4. If unresolved after 3 business days, email us at support@naviglobal.us and we will assist you
