Refund & Return Policy

At Navi Global, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made to order, we maintain specific return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and operational sustainability.

Order Processing

All products are custom-made upon order placement. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers or customs

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final unless the issue qualifies under our damaged/incorrect item policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

Fraudulent claims, abusive refund requests, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may be reported to payment processors when appropriate.
