At Navi Global, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all purchases made on naviglobal.us.
1. Print-on-Demand Nature of Our Products
All products sold by Navi Global are custom-manufactured on demand specifically for each order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because every item is uniquely produced at the time of your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guides carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will offer a full refund or free replacement only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrived visibly damaged (e.g., torn, stained, or broken during transit)
- The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned print, faded print upon first wash, stitching error)
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
To be eligible, you must submit a claim within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a refund or replacement claim, email us at support@naviglobal.us with the subject line: "Order Issue - [Your Order Number]"
Your email must include:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- At least 2-3 clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Incomplete claims without photo evidence will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.
4. Resolution Process
Once your claim is received and approved, we will offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement item shipped at no additional cost
The choice of resolution (refund or replacement) is at our discretion based on inventory availability and the nature of the claim. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check size guides before ordering)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control
- Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier where the customer claims non-receipt
- Minor color variations due to monitor or screen display differences
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
6. Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production has typically already begun and we cannot cancel or modify the order. To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, email support@naviglobal.us immediately with your order number.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We ask that customers contact us directly at support@naviglobal.us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks for correctly fulfilled orders will be disputed with full documentation.
