At Navi Global, we want you to have a clear and accurate understanding of how your order is processed, produced, and delivered. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.


1. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Every product in our store is custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. We do not hold pre-made inventory. This means each order goes through two separate phases before it reaches you:

  1. Production Phase — Your item is printed and quality-checked
  2. Shipping Phase — Your item is dispatched and delivered by the carrier

Your total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.


2. Production Times

Standard production time is 2 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sale events), production times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Times by Region

The following are estimated transit times after production is complete. These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Canada 7 to 14 business days
Australia 7 to 14 business days
Europe 7 to 14 business days
Rest of World 10 to 20 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) for US customers: 5 to 14 business days.

International customers should allow up to 21 business days from order date.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over customs delays or charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Navi Global is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us at support@naviglobal.us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and we cannot guarantee changes.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Email us at support@naviglobal.us if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim where possible.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Navi Global is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if significant delays arise.
